How to Easily Order a Custom Mattress from Natalia Sp. z o.o.
At Natalia Sp. z o.o., we offer the possibility to order a custom mattress tailored to your individual needs. If our mattress configurator available on our website custom mattresses → does not allow you to order a mattress with specific parameters, simply contact us via email at shop@nataliaspzoo.com → . What information is needed for a custom mattress quote?
- Mattress dimensions – please provide the length, width, and thickness of the mattress. If the mattress has a shape other than rectangular, a drawing is required.
- Fabric type and color – choose one of the following materials:
- Solid color microfiber – example of a folding mattress made of microfiber: Folding mattress 195×65×8 cm → . Available colors can be viewed here: ready-made microfiber mattresses → .
- White fabric with wadding underneath – example: Custom mattress 8 cm ↗ .
- Bamboo fabric with “Bamboo Exclusiv” inscription – example: Folding mattress 180×120×8 cm → .
- Dralon fabric – very durable fabric used for mattress covers and outdoor furniture cushions. Example: Folding mattress 195×75×15 cm → .
- Buenos fabric – a pleasant-to-the-touch, durable upholstery fabric with impregnation that helps limit moisture penetration. Example: Mattresses in Buenos fabric → .
Available colors: B09, B15, B33, B39, B40, B50.

- Single-piece or foldable mattress – specify whether the mattress should be made as one piece or foldable into multiple sections.
- Foam density / firmness – available options:
- 18 kg/m³ (T18) – the softest
- 22 kg/m³ (T22)
- 21 kg/m³ (T21)
- 28 kg/m³ (T28)
- 35 kg/m³ (T35) – the firmest

How to explain mattress firmness?
In the mattress industry, the H1–H4 firmness scale is commonly used, but it is not standardized. At Natalia Sp. z o.o., we rely on foam density (kg/m³), which more accurately describes the properties of the foam:
- T18 (18 kg/m³) – soft foam, comparable to H1/H2.
- T21 (21 kg/m³) – medium-soft foam, similar to H2.
- T22 (22 kg/m³) – balanced firmness, an ideal compromise between comfort and support (H2).
- T28 (28 kg/m³) – medium-firm foam, comparable to H2/H3.
- T35 (35 kg/m³) – firm foam, comparable to H3/H4.
Important information regarding custom mattress orders
- Custom mattresses are produced only after receiving 100% payment in advance.
- We do not take measurements ourselves – production is based solely on the data and drawings provided by the customer.
- Due to their size, custom mattresses are often shipped via freight service. Smaller mattresses are shipped by courier.
- We also offer the option of personal pickup.
- The production time is approximately 21 working days from the date of payment receipt.

Yes. If the configurator does not allow you to set the required parameters, simply send us an inquiry by email.
Do you take measurements at the customer’s location?
No. Custom mattresses are produced exclusively based on the dimensions and drawings provided by the customer.
Are custom mattresses eligible for returns?
No. Due to their individual, made-to-order nature, custom mattresses are not eligible for returns.
What is the production time for a custom mattress?
The standard production time is approximately 21 working days from the date the payment is received.
