Order Preparation and Dispatch
Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Packaging of Our Mattresses
Most of our mattresses are shipped rolled and vacuum-packed.
This packaging method helps protect the product during transport and significantly reduces the size of the parcel.
Once unpacked, the mattress will gradually regain its final shape. Depending on the model and environmental conditions, full expansion may take up to 72 hours.
We recommend unpacking the mattress as soon as possible after delivery and allowing it to rest flat on an even surface.
