Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Compliance with the Withdrawal Period

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase.

Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment as those used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Goods must be returned no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Return Costs

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consumer Liability

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Made-to-Measure Products

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Products manufactured to individual dimensions or according to specific customer requirements are clearly identified before the order is placed.
