Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered by Natalia Sp. z o.o. through the online store available at:

www.nataliaspzoo.eu

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), unless otherwise specified.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page.

Product photographs, illustrations and colours are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.

Mattresses and other foam products may be delivered rolled and vacuum-packed for transportation purposes.


4. Orders

Customers may place orders 24 hours a day through the online store.

Before completing the order, customers can review the selected products, delivery details and total price and correct any errors.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products and creates an obligation to pay.

An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after the order has been successfully received.


5. Prices

All prices displayed in the store are shown in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

Natalia Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to modify prices, introduce new products and conduct promotional campaigns.

Price changes do not affect orders already accepted for processing.

In the event of a material, technical or system error resulting in the display of a manifestly incorrect price or a price clearly inconsistent with the actual value of the product, Natalia Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer and refunding any amounts already paid.


6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization or receipt of funds.


7. Delivery

Orders are delivered to countries currently served by the EU store.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times depend on the destination country, product type and carrier.

Unless otherwise stated during the ordering process, delivery shall take place within a maximum period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

8. Made-to-Measure Products

Certain products may be manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Such products are clearly identified before the order is placed.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal by submitting a clear withdrawal statement, including through the electronic withdrawal form available on our website via the "Contract Withdrawal" button.

10. Legal Warranty

Natalia Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract and for defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumers are entitled to statutory remedies available under the mandatory laws applicable in their country of residence.

Business customers are entitled to warranty rights in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed between the parties.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.


13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable European Union legislation and, where necessary, by Polish law.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the laws applicable in their country of habitual residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
